Where are you based?

Do you have a shop where I can visit?
Right now we sell online only. But we do put up various exhibitions, please check our Facebook/Instagram for information of any upcoming exhibition.

Do you ship international?
Yes, we do. We accept cards from all leading networks of the world (VISA/MasterCard/AmEx), and you could also pay by Paypal. You will find these options on the checkout page while placing an order.

Do you customise on request?
Sure, we do! We can customise a combo or a bulk orders or products for your special occasion, wedding, mehendi, sangeet or even your neighbour's dog's birthday party! Please mail us with your requirement at unicorngifting@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +919354400428 and we'll be more than glad to do it for you!

When will my order arrive?

Our delivery time is usually 2-7 working days within India, depending upon your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Delhi, we process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at unicorngifting@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +919354400428. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.

 - If we receive your cancellation request before we have processed your order, we will let you purchase anything of the same or higher amount.

 - If we receive your cancellation request  AFTER your order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.


How do I return/exchange my order? 

If unfortunately your product is damaged, please inform us via mail or whatsapp us at +919354400428. However, it will only be accepted if a VIDEO of opening the package is provided and there is enough proof that default is on our part. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. Please request our and our vendor’s efforts. Our artisans work hard to create your customised product please make sure you have a VIDEO else it wouldn’t be accepted.

Please note

  • This is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy for any Sales other than damage.

  • If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product shipped back to you again.

  • Return or Exchange policy is not applicable to International orders.

 

I want something that's sold out! What should I do?

You can simply click email us at unicorngifting@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 09354400428 with the product’s picture and fill in your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or email from us!

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, Paytm, UPI, Tez, and GooglePay. For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

Through what carrier do you ship?

We use DTDC, Professional couriers, Tirupati Couriers, Trackon couriers and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes we choose the carrier which ships the fastest as per your respective aeea. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected countries. Please click here to view our International Order policies. If you can't see your country in the list, then please call/whatsapp us at 09354400428 and we will provide you with shipping rates and transit times.

International Shipping and Handling Times

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screens display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package you will need to make a new order.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.
